In Essence Sleep No Lavender Pure Essential Oil Blend

A calming blend of 100% pure Sweet Orange, Marjoram and Roman Chamomile which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms associated with sleeplessness including fatigue, nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety.

• Vaporisation: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser
• Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back
• The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

Each mL Of Pure Essential Oil Contains: Citrus Sinensis, Sweet Orange, Fruit Peel , Origanum Majorana, Marjoram Leaf, Chamaemelum Nobile, Roman Chamomile Flower.
