3 Hour Click and Collect
Click and Collect applies when stock is already available in your nominated collection store.
For Click and Collect, order before 1pm for 3 hour collection. If you order after 1pm, your order
will be available the next day by 10am.
If the item is out of stock at your local store, we will endeavour to transfer it from a surrounding store within
the same state providing that there is stock available.
Store transfers take 1-2 business days and is dependent on the collection location. Please be mindful
of weekends and public holidays as Transfers will only occur between Monday – Friday.
Lead times may differ due to the collection location and regional locations may take 1-2 days longer.
Once your transfer order has arrived at your nominated collection store and we have confirmed via
email that your order is ready to collect, your goods may be picked up on any day providing that collection
occurs within 14 days.
In Store Collection
When your order is ready for collection, you will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email for both Click and Collect
and Store Transfer orders. This email must be received prior to attending the store to complete the collection.
If you are not personally available to collect the goods, you may appoint a representative. The representative
must supply a copy of your ‘Ready for Collection’ email (printed or on their smart phone) and photo identification
at the time of collection. The representative must be over 16 years of age (or 18 years if collecting Restricted
Goods), and you agree that Myer Online will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if
they were your own. To collect your order please refer to your email which outlines the in-store collection
instructions for the pick-up location in the specified store.
In store collection orders must be collected within 14 days from the date you are notified by email
that your order is ready for collection. If your order is not collected within the timeframe, the store may
allocate those goods to another customer and refund any amount paid to you. An administration fee may be
applied if you fail to collect your goods within the timeframe.
If you are unable to collect the goods from your nominated store, you may elect to have the goods
delivered. A delivery fee may apply.
In Store pick up is currently available at all Myer stores, subject to stock availability.
In Store pick up is not available on selected merchandise ie. Big and Bulky goods and gift cards. It will state
on the product page whether a product is available for collection.
Some merchandise will be solely available for In Store Collection only and cannot be shipped. This
information will be stated on the product page.
Peak Sale periods
In peak trading periods, In Store Collection timeframes may be delayed due to the processing of high order volumes.
