• Click and Collect
If your order is in stock at your local store, we will have your goods ready to collect that same day if your order is placed by 12pm. Alternatively if you order after 12pm, your order will be ready to collect the next day.
• Store Transfers
If your item is not available at your local store, we’ll transfer it to your nominated store within the same state in 1-2 business days depending on the store location.
Please note that during peak trading periods, In Store Collection times may vary due to high volumes.

Click and Collect
Click and Collect applies when stock is already available in your nominated collection store.
For Click and Collect, order before 12pm for same day collection. If you order after 12pm, your order will be available the next day.
If the item is out of stock at your local store, we will endeavour to transfer it from a surrounding store within the same state providing that there is stock available.
Store transfers take 1-2 business days and is dependent on the collection location. Please be mindful of weekends and public holidays as Transfers will only occur between Monday – Friday.
Lead times may differ due to the collection location.
Once your transfer order has arrived at your nominated collection store and we have confirmed via email that your order is ready to collect, your goods may be picked up on any day providing that collection occurs within 14 days.
In Store Collection
When your order is ready for collection, you will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email for both Click and Collect and Store Transfer orders. This email must be received prior to attending the store to complete the collection.
If you are not personally available to collect the goods, you may appoint a representative. The representative must supply a copy of your ‘Ready for Collection’ email (printed or on their smart phone) and photo identification at the time of collection. The representative must be over 16 years of age (or 18 years if collecting Restricted Goods), and you agree that Myer Online will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if they were your own. To collect your order please refer to your email which outlines the in-store collection instructions for the pick-up location in the specified store.
In store collection orders must be collected within 14 days from the date you are notified by email that your order is ready for collection. If your order is not collected within the timeframe, the store may allocate those goods to another customer and refund any amount paid to you. An administration fee may be applied if you fail to collect your goods within the timeframe.
If you are unable to collect the goods from your nominated store, you may elect to have the goods delivered. A delivery fee may apply.
In Store Pick up is currently available at all Myer stores, subject to stock availability.
In Store pick up is not available on selected merchandise ie. Big and Bulky goods and gift cards. It will state on the product page whether a product is available for collection.
Some merchandise will be solely available for In Store Collection only and cannot be shipped. This information will be stated on the product page.
Peak Sale periods
In peak trading periods, In Store Collection timeframes may be delayed due to the processing of high order volumes.
During major sales events (such as Stocktake Sale and Mid-Season Sale) In Store Collection may be temporarily unavailable.
How does Click and Collect work?
To shop online using an In Store Collection service, follow the below steps:
• When checking out online, select Click and Collect as your preferred delivery option. By selecting Click and Collect as your preferred delivery option, it will show the options for both Standard Click and Collect and Store Transfers.
• Select your nominated store that you would like to collect your order from. At this point, check the service type for either Click and Collect or Store Transfer and the collection lead time that applied.
• Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a ‘Ready for Collection’ email letting you know to head in store. You should always wait until we have confirmed that your goods are ready before coming in store to avoid disappointment. Remember to bring a copy of your Ready for Collection email to ensure you can pick- up your goods.
When can I collect my items?
Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll send you an email confirming that you can come in and pick up your goods. It is important to remember that you should always await your 'Ready for Collection' email before coming in store to avoid disappointment.
For click and collect orders:
Order before 12pm for same day collection
Order after 12pm for next day collection
For Store Transfers:
Order before 12pm for collection on the next business day
Order after 12pm for collection in 1-2 business days
Please note that store transfers only occur between Monday – Friday and occur only within the same state. Collection time frames differ for each location
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
To collect your items, please wait until you receive your ‘Ready for Collection’ email before heading in store to pick up your order.
Please bring a copy of your ‘Ready for Collection’ email (or on a copy on your smart phone) with you, as well as photo identification.
Can someone else pick up my order?
You may nominate a representative to collect the goods on your behalf. When collecting the Order, the representative must supply a copy of the ‘Ready for Collection’ Order confirmation email and photo identification.
You can contact our Customer Service Centre to arrange for someone else to pick it up or alternatively you may elect to have the order delivered to your home. A delivery fee may apply.
